Culture is as singular as the individual but as familial as city, nation, universe or workplace. This module teaches the leader how to connect with the human soul to gain inspiration for innovative thought. The leader will be shown how to capture and sustain a nurturing workplace environment to stimulate the individual consciousness for creativity and thought by collaborating with the staff. To be successful leaders have to not only insist on diversity but allow the dynamic of that diversity to be manifest in the workplace by vetting individual workers to understand their value sets. That value set in manifested in spirituality, art, music, history science, math, feminine and masculine interaction and roles/relationships and Justice. ©
Leaders must be attentive to the their workplace culture and not fail to understand what it really is. Module 2 presents a structure whereby the current culture is one which allows collaboration, connection and inspiration. If these elements are not found, leaders will be taught how to collaborate with personnel and management to determine the culture, delineate and reinforce that culture. (c)
