Module 5: Collaboration/Consultation

True consultation employs the former tools so much so that the room can catch on fire but under the rules of civility and non-judgment. ©

Collaboration/Consultation requires respect for the dignity of the human being. Leaders will be taught how to sincerely collaborate/consult by developing a new respect for the   human being using tools never before considered in the workplace. Collaboration/Consultation requires imaging the spirituality of the individual by compartmentalizing emotions such as judgment, jealousy, and idea ownership in order to release the energy of thought/consciousness so that the idea evolves successfully. Leaders will be taught how ideas are words with energy and power and those elements must be respected and allowed to take root. Leaders will be taught how to develop the idea when the discussion is uncomfortable beyond relief or to the extent “the room catches on fire with a discourse which is guarded by the rules of civility and respect for the dignity of the human being. ©
