You will never adhere to P&P until you understand they are followed objectively and thus insure colleagues understand justice is present.
Leaders will be taught how to use a process for developing policies and procedures without and agenda of curtailing the freedom of the individual but respects the dignity of the individual staff member consistent and equally with the administrative leaders. Staffers must be included in the development of those policies and suggestions must be considered by allowing equal privilege held my administrative leaders and not shunted aside when codified and implemented. P&P must protect the spiritual rules which dignify the individuals in a new 21st Century module of respect, justice and preserving the dignity of the human being.
