We train government agency, business or institution staff who communicate with customers who purchase their services. We provide our clients customer care services before, during and after a purchase. We receive communications for others via telephone, email or other communication modes for purposes such as 1) promoting clients’ product or service, 2) gathering customer data for clients, and 3) providing information or assistance regarding a client’s products or services. We also assess telephone calls and relaying messages, support services, gathering, recording, tabulating customer data through telephone canvassing services.
