Colston Consultants will, consistent with the “U. S. Department of Education’s Family and Community Engagement Framework for families, schools, districts, states, and the broader communities use its Outreach to build capacity for student achievement and school improvement in education”. Our focus will be STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) education in an interdisciplinary and applied approach. The goal is to also expose teachers and students with leadership skills using tools developed by ColstonConsultants for 21st Century interaction.
ColstonConsultants will engage as a stakeholder in the education of children in the community and where possible within the State of Alabama. Emphasis will be placed on STEM education. We seek to build a relationship of “trust and respect” between teachers in adopted schools and the business community. Colston Consultants seeks to be a bridge which connects teachers to agencies and mentors who want to improve education in the schools by providing support to teachers in connecting to the business community.
